This is perfect with a simple green salad, or with leaves like radicchio that have lots of bite and flavor.
Ingredients
1tsp mustard 2 tsp red wine vinegar 6tsp olive oil pinch of salt and pepper- Shake the ingredients together in a jam jar, or whisk together
- Pour teaspoon-ful by scant teaspoon-ful over salad leaves, tossing well – don’t over dress the salad
